My name is Mateo, and I’ve been coaching people for 2 years now.
I’ve always loved sports: football, skateboarding, surfing, climbing… Seven years ago, I started strength training. My approach has evolved: gym, hypertrophy, weightlifting, hybrid training, calisthenics, street lifting, endurance, and hand-balance. I eventually specialized in Street Workout while keeping my Gym Rat roots.
My knowledge in strength training, calisthenics, mobility, and anatomy has made me an expert in bodyweight strength training, focusing on functional aspects like strength, balance, explosiveness, mobility, and endurance.

Sports have always been part of my life. In my youth, I practiced football and skateboarding intensively, shaping me physically and mentally. At 18, I started strength training in the gym, focusing on bodybuilding.
Over time, my practice shifted to calisthenics, weighted bodyweight exercises, and endurance. For the past three years, I’ve fully focused on calisthenics, particularly handstands, which combine strength and balance, playing a key role in my training.
